Copa Cabana first and Playa Hermosa secondly.
In Europe, I like the beach just to the west of the Monte Carlo Sporting Club in Monte Carlo and just about any of the beaches on just about any of the Greek Islands.
In the U.S. my favorite beach is gone... it was the beautiful 35 mile stretch of beach between the Louisiana state line and Biloxi, Mississippi
The beach in Dubai used to be nice but that stupid man made Palmtree island has screwed up the currents.

Second Sand Beach - a beautiful, peaceful, remote beach on Lake Superior or Jacobsville Beach, also a remote beach on Lake Superior (with Huron Mts. and red rocks in the distance and a lighthouse)

I would have to say Surfer's Paradise in Australia. I've never been on a prettier beach or seen clearer water.
A close second is on Captiva Island in Florida. Also a beautiful spot, but has it's perks because it's much more secluded than the one in Australia!!

My favorite beach in the whole world was long beach in Koh Phi Phi, Thailand. Sadly, the tsunami destroyed much of the area so I don't know if it looks anything like what it did when I was there... =(
