Similar to wallpapers etc but for toolbars, any ideas?

I believe its at www.hotbar.com. In fact I am certain of it. They still exist.

Whatever you do, do not download Hotbar!! Hotbar is an advertising and spyware program.
There is a program called TweakUI it is free and allows customisations of most windows settings. The Explorer and Internet Explorer backgrounds are controlled in the Internet Explorer section of the program.

yes, if you google it, there's tons of them BUT, BE CAREFUL.
very often, that's what companies do to basically get cookies from all the sites you go to, install spyware, sell your IP address to millions of other companies, and all sorts of stuff,.
Remember anything free has a catch to it.
I would just use the google toolbar or yahoo toolbar to be safe.

Wincustomize.com has some great add-ons for tool-bars and such
check it out if it helps .
I'd like to point out that the site recommended by the person below me installs adware and spyware on your computer and will be bothersome with pop-ups . so i would recommend you avoid hotbar.com

i used to have that and i think it was from www.hotbar.com not sure if they still work. hope this helps.

I had that too. It has adware and spyware. Don't use it.
