I really believe that it is very possible that a boyfriend can also be a best friend. In my life, I've had three passionate healthy love relationships in which my boyfriend was also my best friend. Each of the guys was incredibly sweet and we worked hard to share our lives together. It is true that some very close friendships can be ruined by taking the chance at a romantic relationship, but some of the best romantic relationships also start out as friendships. If you really like this boy, you should think through how valuable the friendship is to you, and then decide how much risk you're willing to take. I wish I could tell you it would turn out to be wonderful, but some don't, and if the boy doesn't like you the way you like him, it could create awkwardness and distance between you. well it is possible as long as you dont cross the boundaries. But if feelings become involved there are two things that could happen.
1. he stays your bf and you marry him
2. it does not work out and you will never have him as a bf again
So think hard about what is more important to you, a best friend or a boy friend/best friend

This is very true, my best friend is my boyfriend. We have been together for 2 years and we share everything. Your boyfriend can be your best friend, he can be your rock when you are down, your strength when you are weak, and your equal. He is someone who you can love and tell everything to, he is who has seen you at your worst and your best and never once judged you. He is there to wipe your tears away and bring a smile to your face. When you are having a bad day, he is there to brighten it, when your day is going great he is there to bring more sunshine into your life. he is your best friend, the one you can tell anything to, the one who you can be there for you through it all.
