You can't stick it in the wrong hole because the other hole is where your urine comes out and it is way 2 small. Also, start out with a lower absorbency (slim or lites) they will be more comfortable 4 u since they are smaller. Read the directions though, because when i first startes using tampons, i just kinda stuck it up there, and did not push the applicator in like u r supposed to, and so the applicator was inside of me with the tampon, and it was uncomfortable. good luck :)

Hello, I think I can help you with this, I use tampons sometimes, for like say when I'm swimming or at a water park. In the box it comes instructions just follow that and you will not have a problem. If you do have a problem see the doctor and she will tell you everything you need to know.

You can't get it in the wrong place. Just read the directions and you should be fine. Using tampons seems scary the first time but once you get the hang of using them you will wonder what took you so long to try them. They are so much better than wearing a bulky gross pad.

honey, first of all if you don't have someone in your life to help you with this, i will tell you what i learned. when i started my period, my mother tossed a box of tampons, and glanced at me like how dare i have the right to be a woman. i don't think you'll get the wrong opening, my mistake was when i first used them i tried to just shove it straight up. it was so painful to have one in. i have a daughter and i told her what i had to learn from experience. every woman has a differant tilt up thier womb, take two of your fingers or even one, and if you have a little vaseline, gently glide your finger up to get an idea of the tilt of your pelvis, this will make it easier for you to glide the tampon in at the right slant. if it dosen't work the first time just be patient with yourself and relax. it makes me so mad that they don't teach young girls in adolesence at school, seperate frome the boys, things like this. their is nothing gross or perverted about this, it will be okay, i would talk to you on the phone if you need me, rest assure i am a 46 year old mother of 3 boys and a daughter that is in school to be a doctor now. rita 270-343-2567. please no perverts call

tampons are way way better than pads. with pads it is really nasty to even stand up. just read the instructions and do what they say and u will be fine. you will love them. lots of luck.

um...maybe you shouldn't use them until you're a little more comfortable/familiar with your own body. Pads are just as sufficient in the meantime
