Perhaps you could relocate this question to the Thailand (siam) section.
Im not sure about the antique jewelry... but I know they have HUGE jewelry factories in Bangkok, with great priced jewelry.
Some places you need to be aware of the use of glass instead of gems.

Worth taking a look, you can watch them making your own custom designed piece. Again, sorry... not so sure about the antique pieces. Possibly more towards the north of Thailand.
