the true answer is time sensitive-leave boston on a NON-HOLIDAY saturday nite like 9pm and drive straight thru with no construction in CONN.(good luck-ha-ha!) clean shot over GW ,no trouble on Jersey Turnpike ,30 mph DEL. mem bridge,toll booths ,etc 7-8 hours-any other time it could be 10 -14 hrs like leave boston at lunch on the 3rd -lol

It's about 450 miles, and depending on the time of day that you pass through NYC and other metro areas, figure on 8-10 hours.
