We dont float because our bodies arent bouyant enough. We still have weight but the force we push upon the water is unequal. Except when there are parts of the body where more resistence is being added.

People do float! Swimming is just learning to propel yourself in water and learning how to breath without getting a lungful of water.

I got 4 kids in swimming classes this week and they do float. But only if your chin is pointed up to the sky. If your chin drops down your butt will sink. But if you are trying to float on your stomache you have to put your chin down to your chest or your butt sinks. Don't know why but I tried it myself and it is true.

Um, I float. Sometimes I roll over and almost die, but we all float. You have to hold the air in your chest, not your stomache ....

If you have noticed people who have alot of body fat do float. Fat floats. Bone and muscle dont.

we dont float that much because of our body weight. Babies can float because there tiny
