Having Snape kill Dumbledore is too simplistic, trite, and pat - Rowling has never created simple, trite, and pat endings. She certainly wouldn't do so involving two of the most important characters in what is probably her life's work.
For just one example of how she treats her major characters, look at the complexity of how Sirius moved toward his death and then the death scene itself - it's sophisticated and has real emotional depth (we see he actually wants to die, nothing simplistic in that). Wholly unlike that, Dumbledore's death scene is rushed, chaotic, and shallow in emotional detail (fear and hatred - simplistic to say the least).
All along Rowling has shown us how complicated Snape and Dumbledore really are (Snape is not perfectly bad and Dumbledore is not perfectly good) - she would not suddenly turn them into shallow cut-outs right at the most crucial point in the story. That is, unless she intended to mislead us and indeed, that is just the kind of thing mystery writers do to mislead their readers (it's called a "red herring" - the scene is so fraught with emotion and pat answers that people are convinced to let go of their critical thinking skills).
We know Dumbledore would never simply beg for his life. He has just spent a whole lot of energy talking logically and with real care with Draco, of all people. If Dumbledore truly believed he was going to die - and if Rowling were actually killing him off - he would have far more profound things to say than "Severus, please...". Afterall, this is the man who said, "...to the well-organised mind, death is but the next great adventure."
If you actually read and think about the clues on that web site you mention, you'll see that there are compelling reasons to believe Dumbledore faked his death and a number of methods for him to do so. Rowling wrote a whole book about the "Half-Blood Prince" - would she end such a complex story with such a simplistic ending? Of course not. And the best clues about all this happen to be on the Snape page of that site:

people are too lazy to read between the lines in the 6th book. i can literally go to almost any page in the book and itll say something about dumbledore being dead. for the 7th book, i think that harry dies too. JK rowling said upon the release of the 5th book that there will be 7 hp books but she cant guarantee that he will survive any longer than that(or something to that effect.) plus that prophecy thing that im not explaining in the 5th book

ok i most definitely have the same feeling as you. dumbledore has always been the sort of indestructable savior type. i really dont think he'd be killed by snape, whom he has trusted, so easily. when i say easily i mean by the simple curse or whatever.
and i may be making this up but wasnt there something said about the whole comign back to life....if the person who said the curse, the dead person, and the wands or sumthing all came together and something was said, then the dead person would come back to life?? did that make sense?

They think that because with Dumbledore gone; Hogwarts isn't the same. He's the only person who Volcemort fears. People reading want him alive so Voldemort can't get his hands on Harry. But it's better if he's dead because it will be more dramatic. Stories have to be dramatic for people to read it.

Dumbledore died isn't wonder, I propose if dumbledore keep alive then what's go away for Harry to accomplies by himself? The killer, properly that slightly wonder, yet i desire there'll be extra wonder in e book seventh, and definitely i desire the tale will flow swifter in e book seventh. you comprehend i began to choose Eragon than Harry Potter for the move of the tale.

I have read all the books--many times. They are full of highlights cross references, notes in the margin, etc.
I believe that there is enough proof to make a case for Dumbles still being alive. I could be right or I could be wrong. That's the fun of theories. Jo's latest interview proves one of my theories as wrong, so I added a big slash sign and a note to my website and laughed about it. We are a little closer to the truth with every interview Jo gives.
Theories that don't agree with mine don't annoy me.
Theories that persist even after Jo debunks them annoy me.

Remember the Phoenix? They become very old and burst into flames when it is time to die. And from their ashes they are reborn. Dumbledore was a very powerful wizard, full of wisdom and strength. He was the only wizard that the dark lord feared. Dumbledore could be like the Phoenix and could be reborn. As of now, J.K. Rowlings is the only one who knows for sure.

I haven't read the book, but my 42 year old aunt read it & cried when he died, also a lot of my cousins, so I'm guessing that it was written pretty cut & dry that he died...no? Anyway, on the news yesterday they said that J K said that she is killing off 2 main characters in the new/last book & one of them might be Harry.

Yeah, I guess people get so obsessed with the books that when their favorite charcters die, they'll do anything to keep them alive even if it is false hope. Kinda stupid in a way, but hey, they can think whatever they want to. Just don't force your opinions on me.
