well leg curls are a very good ex. to do to buildup your claves and crunches will do the trip but remember it's all about reps.ok you must do between 8-12 and work your way up 3 times a week

As far as calves go, Every slep you take as often as you can all day long, roll up on the ball of your foot with each step. If you walk a lot you will feel the effects. As far as the glutes, Lundges and squats are the best. Just bend your knees and then come strait back up. Lundges, take a step forward keeping one leg behind you then bend down alternating between legs.

Claves-
Running. Seriously. Really easy, I'm sure everyone knows how to run.
Glutes-
I can them Butt Kicks, and I have no idea what the real name is. You're start out on all fours on the ground, take, say, your right knee, bring it towards your chest, then kick it down (or back). (When your leg is kicked out in the final positition, your leg that's outstreched and your back should be pararell. a.k.a. Don't lift your leg any higher then your butt.) Lather, rinse, repeat(...with your other leg. Do like, 20 on the right, 20 on the left, 15 on the right, 15 on the left, 10 on the right....yeah...)
Oh yes, don't overdo it.

Sit ups! that's the best way to get what u need. Start off with no weight then add up some as u get stronger. Do a lot of reps. >50 I would say.

i think its called calf raises...you can stand on the edge of a step with weights in you hand or something and just go up on your toes. that will probably be the easiest exercise.

Try rollerblading! I had skinny legs for a while, and after I picked up rollerblading, my calves beefed up really fast.
