Yes. Acne scarring, porous looking skin and discoloration may be diminished through microdermabrasion. Try micro first, as it will deeply exfoliate your skin and help make it appear smooth and evenly toned. If that doesnt work or you want to take a more drastic approach, try a chemical peel, something from Physician's Formula. You can get these services at your local beauty salon (an esthetician). If you mean the red welts left over from a pimple, I like to cover my face in aloe vera gel after a nice hot shower. It helps things heal really fast, and prevents scarring.
If you're talking about scars, you may have to get dermabrasion or laser surgery. I had scars from a diving accident lasered from my chin, and I can tell you that it is a long healing process if you do laser surgery. Be sure you REALLY think it over before you commit to it.

first wash your face nicely,dont dry your face let it dry by itself,then plug an aloe vera branch,cut the green skin out then you will see a slimmy thingy,scape it out and then put that aloe vera thing on your face
