I would say Miley cyrus ( Hannah Montana and Emily Osment (Lilly Tescott). They are both great actresses.

i like Emily Osmond better than Miley Cyrus because Miley doesn't deserve to mention Orlando on one of her crappy songs..and i think her voice is like worse than scratchy chalk on the chalkboard
