'Ripping the skin off' What kind of 'duct tape' is it? Warm soapy water shoud do the trick, but I want to think of you ripping it off. Cause I doubt sincerely if it will do any harm. Just sort of pull a little.

Duct tape removal, are we talking the residue that is left behind? If so then use peanut butter, it will break down the adhesive and come off.

Peel slowing; even better have a friend hold a hair dryer next to the tape as its being removed. It may be hot but less painful.

Let me just say it hurts like heck if you just pull but you can use goo-gone and it will come off easier and with less pain

Spray on some WD40 and dab with a cloth or paper towel. It will come right off.

uh oh!!!! that's not good Hun...
your gonna have to work against the pain OK!!!
just either try wet slick liquids or pull fast and don't think about it...
or even better get someone to do ti for you and if your nervous then hold on tightly to them and don't look at the place!!!
