If it's odd to you then feel better with this...I'm just like you!

A lot of people feel that way. So I would have to say No. A shower is relaxing and helps the body unwind. Some people cannot stand restriction or binding clothes when sleeping. Personally I like the shower and put on my fuzzy footy pj's in the winter or my over sized shirt in the summer cup of hot tea a good book and nitey nite folks. So viva la difference.

No. I take a shower before I go to bed too... As for clothing, I prefer to have them on. So no, you're not odd.

It's funny that the small things we do, we worry about. Why is that? Why would you care? It is no one's business what your bed habits are if you are not infringing on another person.

Think of all the people you freed up to let them know it's O.K. to sleep in the nude. I'll bet you there is a drop in pajama sales this week.

it's normal to sleep with clothes on and take a shower. It gives your body time to dry {10 hours should do the trick}, so no it's normal.

Unless that habit causes you distress, it's OK. It's probably a ritual you have in order to fall asleep.
