The best way to build your chest is to do a whole body workout. Most muscle building magazines show that by working your whole body, you increase all areas. At least work your back as hard as the chest for balance. A lot of times people's chest stagnates because it is out of balance. I worked with a guy in the gym who worked mainly the upper body and ran for the lower body. His overall looks was way out of balance that is why he never showed his legs.

remember the pecs grow with the rest phase so dont overtrain...also you gotta eat LOADS of food
