There is no doubt in my mind that the most beautiful woman in the world is the Italian actress, Monica Bellucci-she is in her 40's and looks like 25-30 and does not look as if she has ever had anykind of plastic surgery...I doubt she has, look at Sophia Loren. Something in the italian olive oil.
2nd will have to go the Indian born actress model Aishwarya Rai.
3rd in my book is a tuffie so Amanda Peet, Winona Ryder or Isabelle Adjani(Queen Margot) But that may change.

I'm with whoever said Jessica Alba-she's got the face and the body, but she doesn't make it look slutty which gives her that "you'll never have this" kind of allure. By the way, is beautifulest a real word?

Did it ever occur to anyone that the most beautiful woman might not be some celebrity who actually gets people to buy into her fake PR image? Personally, I don't think it's possible to be the most beautiful woman in the world in general, only in the eyes of another.

The Most beautiful woman in the world is always in the eye of the beholder. As a woman myself, I think that all women have a beauty in them, whether inside or out. But the most beautiful woman in my world is my mother. AND of course both of my dear Grandmothers. They are all so beautiful in body mind and especially spirit that it would knock your socks off...
