why is there tax in every state except oregon?

There are taxes just not any you are aware of because they are at different layers like Corporate Tax, Gasoline, etc.

Oregon said no to sales taxes nine times now. But Alaska has even less taxes, and New Hampshire has no sales tax. Washington has no Income tax.

there is no tax in delaware too....b/c their state govt. made this possible
