seriously, the 4th time; i quite smoking for the next 40 days. funny, that's the same amount of days, that the cost of the cigarettes not smoked would equal the cost of the session.
strange.......
that also included an audio cassette tape (not to be used while driving an automobile or operating heavy equipment) and wrist tapping advice.

I have never been hypnotized, but I would love to be. There's always been a question to me if it really works. If it does, there's some serious stuff that would come out of me. I know stuff happened to me that I have blocked out, there was physical evidence of it. Wow, does it really work??? Oh, sorry for asking a question within your question, but hypnotism is very interesting to me! Wish I could have answered your question, though!
