Not the #1 pick, but he will be somebody's number one pick. Most people have him going between 12-18. But some have him going as high as number 8

Secondly no. Raptors arent even considering Reddick neither are any of the top teams in the draft.
Reddick will go anywhere from 5-15.

i dont think it hurt him as much as the reports that his back might need surgery. he'll go somewhere around 15-20.
