my ilo randomly shuts off?

my ilo shuts itself off at random times. it won't turn on again unless i change the battery. does anyone know why it does this?
I've tried fresh batteries, different brand batteries, and i adjusted the power savings, but nothing helped.

Some electronic have a sleep function after so many set minutes. If its not the batteries, check for this feature.
Otherwise try rechargable batteries, Energizer, Duracell, or some other brand to save cash.
