No place. They are illegal to own unless you are a rescue group, a reserach lab, or a zoo.
And you wouldn't want one anyway. Cute little 25 pound chimps grow up to be mean nasty hundred pound adults. People who get them don't realize this and then kill them, abandon them, sell them to labs, or send them to a sanctuary. Are *you* willing to live with a mean animal that's almost as big as you for 30-60 years (their lifespan)?
Please don't promote this illegal and unethical trade. The links below speak of the dangers of owning a chimp. Pleae take the time to educate yourself so that you can make an informed decision.

Sorry but if you were to get one they wouldn't be free,unless you went over to Africa and got one out of the wild.Plus I think they are illegal to have as pets.No to mention wild animals,while they may be cute, make bad pets.They are wild are are meant to be as such..

may be you should go to neverland michael jacksons old place. he left all the animals he had there .they all need homes anyway the ones that didn;t die from neglect.

Besides, after 3 years old, they make terrible pets!
