anybody knows how to generate graphs for realtime data on a software?

When it comes to graphing time-series data, the gold standard is RRDTool. Even Google uses it in their data centers. As for the real-time part, that is something you would need to work out in code, since RRDTool can graph data as quickly as you can write the values into the data file.
