What is the best country to be in if we had a nuclear war?

Maybe just pointing out the obvious here... But if we had a nuclear war, why would it matter. Isn't a nuclear war suppose to be able to kill everything on earth?

i dont think there will be a country safe from a nuclear war. you might as well find a small isolated island in the middle of the pacific.

Madagascar.
It's an island nation of the East coast of Africa and has enough food from the land and sea and wouldn't be a target. If the war were bad enough you'd die no matter where you were.

maybe to die quicker is better so go to Israel or Pakistan which would lose bad - but death would be quicker...

Any country in Africa.First, none of them possess the weapon, try to create the weapon, or is in conflict with any of the superpowers.
Secondly, Africa and Australia are the only continent that does not have a superpower, so its unlikely to participate in any conflict.lastly,Africans by themselves,have never participated in any major war out of the continent. Australia did.
