I am very much against it. I live in a very busy area, lots of people on the roads all the time. (Miami area) I see people everyday have accidents or near misses because they're too busy talking on their cell phone to pay attention to the road. A little kid just got ran over yesterday because some idiot was more concerned with making a call than looking in his rear view mirror. I have near-misses with these people constanly. I have never used a cell phone while driving and never will. If it's that important to make a call right then, pull over and make the call.
I do think that people who use voice activated phones and headsets, or what have you, are alright as long as they keep their hands on the wheel and pay more attention to the road than the call.

I'm against, just because of the distraction and the accidents that are caused by cell phones. I use my cell while driving but with the blue tooth. Hands free and you are able to concentrate on the road more.

I am totally against it, it is dangerous enough, but when someone is using a cell phone and speeding at the same time, it's even more dangerous.

Against... even with earpieces or blue tooth...
People need to focus while driving to avoid so many accidents and this can't be done if you drive while on the phone...

Depends on the situation. If the call isn't important, then get off the phone and pay attention to the road. If the call is important, and by important I mean an emergency, then screw it.
