Harry cant die cuz voldemort would win. Obviously that cant happen because some crazy fan would try to assassinate J.K. Rowling. So it's simply not possible. It would be a health hazard.

Ms Rowling always said there would only be 7 books. If she killed Harry off that would be a way of making sure no one wrote any unauthorized sequels or tried to bring the series back after she dies.

i think so.

my theory is that the final horcrux is harry himself--and therefore, to destroy voldemort, harry will have to destroy himself.

of course, this may not be true, particularly because of the prophecy: that "neither can live while the other survives."

for harry to be the final horcrux would signify the prophecy's opposite, because voldemort cannot die while harry survives.

so, i don't know. but i think it's very possible.

Nooooooo! if he dies then it'll ruin the whole series! and everything would probably be disappointing too! cause here he is in the beginning of the book and he's all cool and junk, defeating creatures and stuff, then on da last book HE DIES?!? that's not good.... unless its a satisfying book.. and he dies honorably...... but still it would ruin the whole series to me...
but then again.. no one would be able to continue what she did if she died if harry died...
