Does anyone know of any real estate investment clubs in the SF Bay Area?

I want to find a real estate investment club in the SF Bay Area. I prefer the east bay.

if i were you, i will buy some investments in Berkeley, keinsintong, el cerrito, and around there. now the prices are just ok, some are over too much, but it is still cheaper than s.f. and north bay!

there is no strip golf equipment that i comprehend of interior the east bay yet once you pass on Broadway street in San Francisco there is loads of strip golf equipment and nightclubs with loads of nightlife and persons putting out evrywhere enjoying the scence.
