ooh SO many places
Claires- really good for jewelry. has like EVERYTHING and theyre all for like 5bucks or less.
Target- pretty good. Not VERY cheap, but pretty cheap.
Land's End- If you are preppy shop here. They have all the essentials and good style. cheap!
Forever 21- Probably my favorite. TONS of clothes, jewelry, EVERYTHINg. cheap and very stylish and trendy. i got my graduation dress here for 20 bucks while my friends spent hundreds at other places.
eBay- Go on here if you want designer clothes. Ther is a wide selection, but be aware of scammers.
Also, sign up for stores' emails, catalogues, or newsletters. You can get a heads-up about sales where you can save ALOT!!!

I find that truly GOOD clothes are never cheap. Just look for the sales and plan your spending carefully. I shop mostly at Lane Bryant, though I do use other stores. I also recommend Charlotte Russe and Talbots.

Ross, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory are my top three choices for cheap and cute. Not only are the items cheap and cute, but they are also designer names. I often find better deals at these stores than I do in Target or Walmart. You just need to dig to find the stuff, but its worth the search.

Go to Charlotte Russe if you're looking for trendy clothes, theirs are inexpensive and often designer replicas. Target and Old Navy are good places to go for quality "basics."
