You need to check your spelling and grammar. You get a ton of points off if you misspell a word or your sentence does not make sense. Use a dictionary, thesaurus and learn how to properly format the essay and form correct sentences that make sense. What are you writing about? Maybe I can help you.

If you wrote your essay already, I can edit it for you.

The secret to good writing is to rewrite. When you rewrite, tighten up your sentences. Make sure the sentence makes sense. And make sure the sentences are logical and focus on the central argument of your essay.

There is a formula to writing an essay. Opening paragraph you make a broad statement that you should prove in the following paragraphs. Except for the last paragraph where you show how you proved your agrument.

Write frequently. I suggest that students read an article in the newspaper or in a magazine, and write a 5-paragraph essay about it. The more often you write, the better you will write. Also, your writing ability is greatly influenced by what and how often you read. I suggest you do this at least 3 times a week, preferrably 5 times a week.

Actually it depends on how much you intend to write for that one point. For the not so important point, one medium-sized paragraph is enough whereas for the most important, you may want to split to two paragraphs to make your essay look more appealing. Gosh im writing an essay now too :) Goodluck in yours!

Use correct spelling and grammar for starters.

Here's how it should look:
How do I improve my essay writing.

In case you didn't recognize that I used an "m" in the place of that crappy "n" you used and I removed a "t" from the word writing to make it correct.

There are many online sources for help with writing an essay, such as
http://members.tripod.com/~lklivingston/essay/
http://www2.actden.com/writ_den/tips/essay/index.htm
http://library.thinkquest.org/10888/

A good place to start, though is spell-check - so even if your essay isn't perfect, the grammar and spelling will be correct so that people will see that you made a sincere effort.

Read newspapers, other people's writing, and write more often and ask people to edit it and help you make it better. The more you edit it, the more different it will be, and trust me, you'll never get it edited enough.

To begin, you should learn to write in full, complete and understandable sentences. Spell check works wonders to improve on your word format.

You should know your subject and be able to illustrate it by examples. By using descriptive words, you can easily fill out sentences. Rather than, "I kissed her lips." You might write, "I leaned forward to capture her moist, ripe, full, red lips in mine."
