Just plain tooth paste and baking soda< All the products out there will eat away at you enemal, causing you too have more problems in the end!!
My Uncle is a Dentist and told me this a couple years back!
so just use toothpaste and some baking soda if you wish!
but he recemonds going inb for a good cleaning every 6 months that is best proven method out there!!

I found that crest vivid white tooth paste works really well.
In about a week you will see results and continue to whiten your teeth every time you brush. The night time formula works great as well. The best thing no disgusting strips.
Also get your teeth cleaned regularly and don't drink to much soda, tea or coffee because this is what stains your teeth.
Orange soda is the worst.

Toothpaste, the others have been proved to eat enamel even when dentist says otherwise. Time will tell who is right, those with enamel will have the whitest teeth & the rest will have dentures that have overly white teeth now.

I like whitening strips (any brand). I have noticed that the generic brands are a little better if you are going to frequently use it because the Crest ones make my teeth so sensitive I end up stopping...

Discus Dental has the BEST, literally, worldwide. You must get it from your dentist, but it has the fastest action and does not make your teeth feel sensitive.
Stuff you buy in the stores have a limited ability and take longer.

well i dunno but dont use baking soda cuz ur teeth hav layers and if u brush with baking soda u brush away a layer and after a while ur teeth just fall out and break and stuff it ruins it so yeah
i would try not drinking cafeen and stuff brush ur teeth use natural whitening thuings like apples and stuff and mayb use chemical things like crest whitning or whatever
