B,because you look like a water boy and feel bad all the time you are watching them playing that you wish you were one of the team giving efforts to win the game,it seems like you parasites and useless!It is better if you are cut from the team and become an spectator or totally you will be cut just to have another intersting thing for you to do and accept that you are not belong to the team anymore!

At least you could be doing something else worthwhile with your time than sitting there looking at everyone else play.

Sitting the bench. If you get cut, atleast you can go do something else like join another team.

Getting cut by far. Lucky enough that never happened, but I did ride the bench one year. It was hard, but it makes you work harder. It's also great to be part of a team, it will teach you a lot for later on in your life.

b) what good is being in a team if i'm going to spend the seoson as a bench warmer? if i get cut off the team i will just go into a new team and still play!

Being benched the whole season. Because you see your teammates out there living it up and you are a member of the team too, but you aren't being allowed to get out there and have fun too.

Because even if you are a benchwarmer.....there is still a *chance* that you'll get in the game, isn't there? And even if you don't play, you can still be a good teammate, can't you? And you can help out behind the scenes, if not on the field?
