I've seen some of his answers before. I would say he is witty but I don't know about smart.
I've ran across plenty of articulate witty ppl who would appear to be smart then put them doing one of my electrical engineering projects and they can't even come close to my IQ. hehe (I'm referring to when I was in college and the ppl you 'thought' sounded smart always turned out to be dumb as door nails)
