Me, because Life is a wonderful thing. I am 40 yrs old and I have made it a point to look for something good in everyone I meet. I make it a point to stop and smell the roses. And don't think that I come from a perfect life. We have lived thru many things the most recent being losing one of our children to a trebible disease. but we had 17 wonderful years with him. We have lived thru me having stage 3 advanced breast cancer, ( been cancer free for 4 years) Just last week my husband lost his job because of cuts backs, But no matter what, I have have and will always have faith that we can get thru anything that life has to throw our way. There is nothing in life that I can't do or at least try to do. Always remember, "can't never did do nothing." As long as you do your best in whatever you are doing, feel good about it. Remember to look at yourself and find the good in you. Never say to yourself "that was stupid," try to think about it as a learning lesson.

An older woman I know named Betty. She is always happy, loves everyone, full of energy, helps everyone, travels and says "what a hoot!" when she hears something funny. She is happy about life in general.

My Nephews; they are toddlers and they dont have a worry in the world. They seem to be happy all the time.

I know a guy who is almost always happy. He's also stupid. I think there is a correlation.
