I wish I was a poet
Or at least someone with ryme
So I can express my inner feelings
Or at least just fill my time
To do something artistic
Or at least something that's slightly
I wish I would, I wish I could
But for me it is not likely
If you like, well that's jsut great
And if not judge it lightly
For if you're reading this right now
Of it you might think not highly
The problem lies within my mind
There's no room for creation
For I've been spoon fed all my life
By the television nation
But to blame society
My style that is not
It might be caused by ADD
Or smoking too much pot

Its funny. I don't agree with what you're poem is about. If you weren't creative you would not have been able to put the poem together. Now, I will critic is from an artist point of view.... the poem has potential but its to simplistic. It needs more depth. Perhaps you could have said something like "wish I could do something artistic/paint a picture with words...." good start though.. check out.. www.soultry.org/phpbb

Sounds more like a limerick than a poem. Rhyme is spelled incorrectly.
