No. You can't be sure that every kid born will be rid of violent thoughts. Many violent kids grow up with abusive fathers or mothers, turning them to violent acts to search for societal acceptance. During teenage years, teens go through many changes, physically as well as mentally (that includes wild emotion swings). Mood swings can play a part in teen violence. It's a part of growing up. But if you know any teens going through violent mood swings, counseling or peer mentoring can help a bit.
