Any remedies to make them go away?

generally it should only take a few days. The blood just needs to get re-absorbed. Don't go back to that place,
There really aren't any remedies. It's just blood that's not in the veins anymore and has to get re-absorbed into the body.
If it's painful (it shoudn't be) just put some ice on it for about 10-15 minutes.

until ur platelets dont clump toghether n make a clot to stop bleeding...

a few days... they will reabsorbe into your body like a bruise does... if they're painful see a doc
