I don't think he's a bad President at all. He's doing a grate job!

He is freeing a Country. (Iraq)
Bringing more job's to this Country.
Lowered taxes
Found Saddam Hussein and put him on trail
No terrorism after 9/11 on U.S. soil
unemployment at a low.
Found & killed terrorist Zarqawi Osama Bin laden "numeber 2 guy"
Has U.S. troops garding Oil well's from terrorist keeping Oil prices at a low.

I think it's the Democrat Teachers & Parents that are the ones that are getting kids to hate Prestident Bush. You really have to make up you're own mind. Then tell us what it is that you hate about him. Just make shore it's the Presidents job first. Like the President CAN NOT control the price of oil. No matter what anyone tell's you.

In short he's done more then other Presidents that came before him why don't you give us more info on why you hate him so much. What has he done to you to make you hate him?

Bush is a bad president because during his term as president he has systematically been destroying many of the things that have made this country what it is. I am speaking of the many freedoms he has been quietly taking away like freedom of speech and freedom of belief. We will soon be (if we are not now) in a "Big Brother" society where people will be afraid to speak their minds for fear of reprisal. We will have very little religious freedom. We will no longer be a nation of immigrants (and yes if you are not a native American then you are a descendant of immigrants). If you are rich, then things have been pretty OK for you the last few years. If not, things have been going steadily down hill for you. Taxes are killing you. You dread going anywhere even to work because gas prices are killing you. Your children's education is a mess. You may have to decide between paying your utilities and feeding your family. And I won't even get into the politics behind the current war. Certain people need to wake up and realize that being American does not mean being a rich white Christian from middle America. America is called the great American melting pot for a reason.

President Bush is such a bad predident because he refuses to listen to wiser minds. President Clinton ran on the slogan, "It's the economy, stupid!" Whatever else he did from then on, as long as he kept that promise, placed him in the minds of the world as a great leader. Bush would much rather push the world around than make nice. His foreign policy is abysmal and his leadership is inept. What people will remember is what kind of crroks ran the white house and oil companies.

Because the majority of the Print & Mass Media Press and Most Educators do not like his positions on many issues. They are in conflict with the President's beliefs and are very vocal with their views. You are being influenced by the extreme biased sources you listen to or read and need to understand all sides of the issues. Perhaps then you would not HATE President Bush but simply disagree if you found no credibility with views other than those you presently hold.

President Bush is not a bad president at all. He sticks to his guns, he does what he says he's going to do, and he doesn't take guff from anyone. He is a man of his word and he is doing what is in the country's best interest. He doesn't watch polls and try to make people like him. He does what he knows is going to be the best thing.
It's like when someone has a child and the child wants ice cream for dinner. That parent knows that the ice cream for dinner is bad for the kid and, instead, gives him a proper meal. The kid is angry and doesn't understand why he can't have ice cream. Does that make the parent bad because they didn't give the kid his ice cream? Of course not.
In the same sense, President Bush knows a lot more about how things are going than we, as regular Americans, do. He is making his decisions based on what he knows is best, just like the parent in my analogy.

I think Bush got handed a bunch of crap personally. He came into office with all these grand plans and then WHAM along came 9/11 only nine months into his presidency.

I'm not saying agree with the war but I do say - who could really say who could have handled the situation better? Who is to say? It's a cluster-mess - it's horrible and Bush got stuck with it..but..he didn't back down - he could have opted not to run for re-election - but he didn't do that - he made a commitment and he's trying his darnest to get it all together.

What I do like about Bush is this..He promised to keep the war and terrorism OUT OF THE USA - not on our grounds..and he kept it. He let the terrorist know that we aren't kidding and dont yoU DARE come here and pull a 9/11 stunt again - because we will hunt you find you.

war sucks...I hate it..I have a friend over in IRAQ who just missed the birth of his daughter...it's a horrible situation..BUT....the horrible situation started when they wiped out theTwin Towers - we CAN NOT sit back and just let that go..we HAD to fight back - we HAD to assert ourselves and thus we have this crappy war going on.

What would you do? If you were president would you opt to NOT fight the terrorists?? then guess what?? they'd be back again in a months time blowing something else out..

So my last opinion is - Bush is doing the best he can..and maybe its not the best we hope for..but who is to say anyone could do any different..he opted to protect the homeland..and he did it..that in itself makes him a successful president after 9/11.

I have to respect dark snyper's answer for opposing the norm here while keeping his cool. However, I believe the only reason Bush is doing a "good job in the war on terror" is that he invented it. I have seen no evidence to suggest that he has prevented a single significant threat to the United States or the world.

While I would like to believe that everything we have sacrificed under this administration has been for a good cause and has brought something positive, I just don't see it. The "war on terror" is a political game with no substantial importance. There is no point at which one can say, "we've won" although he did proclaim "mission accomplished" for morale and political points.

The war on terror is a never-ending war that serves the interests of private contractors. It's nothing more than an excuse to invade anywhere they feel would benefit them and to point the finger at candidates for political offices who believe in moderate military spending and diplomacy as opposed to blatant militarism.

War is an ugly thing that should not be congratulated no matter whose watch it is on. The only good thing someone can do with a war is end it, and to that end, Bush has failed miserably.

Its cause he was president when the 9/11 happened. i wouldn't dought if he knew.

Did you know that the bush family and the Bin Laden family are friends. Yeah when 9/11 hit and no one was allowed to fly some how bin ladens family got out of the country on a jet.Hmm. and i wonder why no one has found him yet. and since bushes presidency is almost over they found and killed someone who is just as important if not more than bin laden. What a crock. It is just a diversion to stop hunting for bin laden. no bush will ever be president again!

We need a democrat in office

narrow that down a little please, or run for office and make a change. it seems like democrats always have the problem and want to talk about what is wrong and how they are wronged and poor them, but they have no answers, no solutions, and no clue.

why is Kerry such a bad senator? i hate Kerry
why do skunks smell so bad? i hate skunks
why is it so dark at night? i hate the dark
why is it so hot in the summer? i hate heat

sounds kind of silly, don't you think?

I didnt think he is a bad president. Bush is doing a lot for this country and people need to get over the fact that we are at war. If Bush hadn't gone overseas to defend our country we would still be dealing with terrorist attacks in the US on a daily basis probably. As far as people in the war and losing their lives, those people chose to fight for our country and with any war or battle, loss of life is inevitable. Bush only has two years left in office and then hopefully we will get someone who will be as good as Bush or better.
