Also if it has 2 or 3 dots on the stick, what do they mean?

look on the drivers side of the car kind of under and to the right of the battery. Should be a yellow loop on top of the dipstick. Kind of hard to reach. This is called a still check tranny. Which means you check it with the car off. As far as the dots im not sure what you mean but I would guess that the top dot is full hot and the bottom is full cold. Good luck

If its an automatic it should be easy to find, manual transmissions dont have one. If there is two dots on the stick then you want the fluid level to be on the bottom one if the engine is cool, the top is for when the engine is hot and running, If its too full, too low, or not red colored, then you need a tranny flush, take it to your local shop.

wel theres a trans dip stick look in the owners mauel, start the car with it running in park check the fluid should be between the 2 dots and not over it
