Talk to them. Find out why they think you are annoying. You might learn something about yourself. Or if their reasoning on the issue is unfounded, you will know that they weren't really your friend to begin with.

First of all weigh the Pros and Cons of being friends with this person. Secondly, have you heard from other people that this trait that annoys this friend is actually annoying? Maybe it is somewhat of a pet peeve of this one person. Then if you have heard this from other people and you feel that they are valid in what this person is saying then, you need to consider if you are willing to change for this person. It is usually best to only change if you want to. That is the only way to make that change last.

now, if you can, talk to them. see if you offended them or not. if you have sincerly apologize if you wish to continue the friendship. this is best done over lunch or some other thing. if they just think you're annoying, it may be best to end the friendship and find people that like you for you. i mean, everyone annoys someone at one point in their life. this might be an isolated incident but if it isnt, its best to find new people that way you two dont harbor negative feelings toward each other for years to come.

Talk to that person and find out what it is that is annoying to them. If it is something you can avoid to keep peace in the friendship, then do so. If it is something that is a part of your personality, then it is them that is annoying!

I'm sorry for your loss, but I think you should find another friend! If you're just learning that your friend thinks you're annoying, she probably thought that all along since before you became "friends".

If you are annoying and that's just who you are, then your friend isn't truly your friend. Your friend should like you for who you are, and not ever ask you to change.

1st of all by telling them you're sorry for being annoying and meaning it. Then by not being annoying. Catch yourself before it happens....be aware.
