You can do it the same way as if you didn't wear glasses.

i myself wear glasses every day and i know it sucks because no matter how long you take making your eyes perfect the glasses cover them up. Well i learned that you should make the eyes stand out much more if you wear glasses, that way you can still see what pretty eyes you have even though they are hidden most of the time. I use a liquid eyeliner on the top lid only and have it curve upwards alittle at the ends, then i use mostly browns becuae thats what looks best on my skin tone and eyes, but whatever color you use, try the darker shade on the lid closest to your lashes, then apply a slightly lighter color above that use a small brush and blend upwards, then add a light shimmery color lightly over your lids and dust the excess of with a brush. Skip the liner on the bottom lid, and just apply a volumizing mascara and Voila!!! Beautiful eyes even with the glasses on

You should pick colors that match your glasses and that tie in your skin tone at the same time. You need to apply eyemakeup a little heavier, not much. Don't wear mascara, curl your lashes, and use clear eyebrow gel/clear mascara on your lashes. Use a TINY bit of blush, and a tinted lip gloss. =)
(i used to have glasses, and this is how I did it) But Now i have contacts, and they are soo awesome, i totally recommend them if you can!

It depends on how much trouble you have seeing without your glasses I have glasses and I just apply my make-up like anyone else would and just use a smaller mirror on the technical applications

my aunt used to have a pair of specs of which u could rotate the lenses out...one at a time! like those sunglasses that old brittish tourists have!
So she would keep the rhs lens on, whilst applying the left eye's make-up, and vice versa... this was in the eighties though!

be subtle. just because the glasses cover part of your eyes, doesn`t mean you should go over the top. a little mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow should help without looking too dramatic.

Take them off and stand closely to and infront of a mirror. I take mine off, whenever I put on sun block.
