Those actors are getting PAID to do that! Well can anyone help me out? What other products are there that can REALLY work! Or would I just have to go to a dermatologist!!!

Did you know that:
• Peak acne years are 14–17 in females and 16–19 in males. As many as 40% of females and 35% of males are affected during these years.

• Keep your hands to yourself …
touching skin encourages the spread of bacteria and excess oils, leading to breakouts.

• Excessive cleansing and scrubbing can make acne worse.

So you hve to becareful with what you choose.... Dermotologyst charge you a lot and will give you meds to strong and you will see and feel your skin so dry and if you could go a natural way to seek help, well i would recommend to give it a try and then if it doesn't work try a MD...I have battled acne for about 10 years. I started using these products about nine months ago and my complexion has improved 110%! I’m pleased that after nine months of use, I’ve outdone nine years of trial and error with other products https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arb... What is good about these products is that these products are botanically based and they are formulatted without mineral oil, and animal products. these ingredients are not absorbed by our skin and we need to protect it form the sun. Did you know that mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin, the 1st is the sun. Also animal products come from rendering plants these plants pick all dead animal and dead animal parts (from meat houses, etc.) and they put it in a huge pot, squash everything and boils it, what ever comes to the top is the oil other companies use to elaborate thier products, gross I know...... that is why I use Arbonne....and their prices are very good and worth it. And you could shop online and if there is anything you do not like form the company they return your money within 45 days.... I find that just great and also in our case we need to use something that will not irritate our skin to much and what you will find in stores are ingredients that contain benzoyl acids which is way to strong for your skin and that is why people look like they are alwys peeling their skin .... these products use salicylic acid which is way much efficient and so much soother for our skin ... Good luck there .....

I was going to suggest Proactiv because it DOES work for many people, for real, but it takes about 6 weeks to start showing results and maybe your skin is too sensitive. Also, hyperpigmentation is caused by the overproduction of melanin, not from 'bursting your bumps'. Picking at your pimples causes scarring, and scarring can turn into dark spots, but I would suggest treating your scars like scars, not like hyperpigmentation. Healing elements like vitamin e or scar cream or go to the Whole Foods or something and ask someone in the vitamin dept. As for the treatment of acne, you should visit a reputable facialist to figure out the best course of action for your acne. There is no quick and easy fix for acne. If it's around your chin and jaw, it could be a hormonal issue. If it's everywhere, it could be another issue altogether, but mostly, I would suggest not buying every drugstore acne fix because you could really dry out your face, which leads to the overproduction of oil in your sebaceous glands, which can in turn cause MORE acne. And this I cannot stress enough: if you pick your pimples, you are tearing the skin and letting out the bacteria which will just spread and make MORE acne and infection! It's a vicious cycle. Keep your hands OFF!!! If you pick one, you run the high risk or creating two more...

There are vast resources on the web... like http://www.acne.com/

i would strongly suggest that you see your doctor because if you don't, then there is a possibility that if the acne is bad that you might scar your face permanently. if you have an unhealthy diet, then get healthy and see if it makes a difference. the toothpaste thing is a total myth, dont do it, because your face is most likely very sensitive since you have acne already. you may react even worst to putting a strong substance like toothpaste on your face. go to a toiletry store and see if you can find some cleanser for sensitive skin and try using that in the morning and evening for a week and see if if makes a difference. Ultimately, having acne is the body's way of expressing a chemical imbalance within your skin, so you do need to get to a doctor to rectify that imbalance either with cream, or with hormones like the pill (if you are a woman). sometimes it is an allergic reaction to something - i had a friend who got acne when he ate chocolate. worth thinking about whether there is something in your diet that may be giving you the acne.

See a good FEMALE dermatologist. Only another woman will really understand how emtionally damaging acne can be and treat it seriously. Over the counter stuff from a drugstore is just ok, a doc can give you stuff that really works so you will get the results you want, been there, done that, I know how ya feel!

stop using bar soap, and use a new wash cloth, everytime do not let it touch any surfaces before touching your face, change your pillow case everynight, see an aestician, soory spell check did not work out for that word, anyways they are at hair and nail salons and can help you also go to a beauty supply the murad line is awesome there is a sulpher mask that works wonderful, my friend had acne problems before and she actually mixed some of that mask with her foundation and has had a clear clomplexion ever since also use disposable sponges one time or apply your foundation with your fingers ,shampoo and air dry your make up brushes and dont leave them sitting in the bathroom because everytime you flush the toilet microrganisms from the toilet spread out and land all over your bathroom, or close the lid before you flush

Go to a dermatologist and get Benziclin and Differin Gel. They work great for me. Expensive but worth it.

a temporary cure to make it calm down for a while is rubbing alcohol. wipe it on all the acne and leave it there overnight. and the next morning you should be able to almost wipe the acne off. it might hurt a little bit.

i also heard toothpaste works in the same way. it'll dry out the acne

see a dermatologist... different people get acne and scars for different reasons... you're condition is unique to you and your body chemistry... if over the counter stuff isn't working, the harsh chemicals can make it worse!!!! a doctor can look at your skin more closely, learn about your body chemistry, and determine treatments that will work for you.
