A fuse in my 1983 bayliner AQ125a volvo penta 4 cyl are blown.when I turn the key?

i replaced .the blown fuse turn the key to access. and it blew again.....now i get no power at all to my dash nor to start the boat, and it won't blow the new fuse at all anymore......no power....

Does anyone have a way to troubleshoot this and track down the short?
what fuse goes to which componet?where can i find the fuse box diagram......it isn't in my manual

Also check your kill switch if you have one. if that isn't it.
Disconnect your starter, if it doesn't blow the fuse,that is the problem.
