Would cats really buy whiskers if they could?

I guess this has confused the non british people... we have an advert here for a cat food called whiskers... they always say at the end of the advert cats would buy whiskers! I just felt like asking a stupid question since my others hardly got a response! :(

i dont think anything can buy whiskers, but sure, what the heck... if cats could talk, have money, have a job and get around to stores, then yeah... they might buy whiskers if they could.

they have whiskers. they don't need to buy them
