This was taken from a New York Post article about Yankees prospect CJ Henry.
"Chet Lemon played in the major leagues for 16 seasons. He is now one of the premiere AAU coaches in the country. For the last two summers, Henry starred on Lemon's Orlando-base team, Chet Lemon's Juice. Through the years, 10 players from Lemon's summer teams have been selected in the first round, including Prince Fielder and Rickie Weeks, so he has a handle on what it takes to be first-round talent."

Chet Lemon is a coach for his team called Chet Lemon Juice. Awesome center fielder. Originally a 3rd baseman with the A's his arm made him a CF.
