Do you have an age for this person? Did she get married and have a name change? Is she still living in Redding? I am a reference Librarian and have many more questions to ask to help you locate the person. I would first start at my local library and use their resources, and if that doesn't work, then you may want to try sites like: www.anywho.com, www. whitepages.com, www.switchboard.com on the internet. There are also many pay sites available, but there are also ways that can be done free of charge if you are willing to put the time into doing the research.
