If you are stimulated then your mind processes thoughts! But who knows I am thinking about random junk all day.....like what if I just screamed right now in my office? Where do we all go when we die? Whats the point of life if we are all gonna die anyway? You know the norm.

I don't think there is a difference between us and animals, except that they do not have language and therefore cannot think in words.
Thoughts are to a great extent random electrical impulses in the brain. These are picked up by the mind which is separate from the brain but resides in the Nada, our indestructible drop.
Sometimes the mind is able to control the impulses such as when we sit down to actively "Think about" something.
But most of the time it is random, blown along by the currents of our experiences like a cork floating on the ocean.

Hi.. Many people believe in an intangible part of a person, or something that is not matter, just a presence, a soul if you will... However, recent research is showing that everything has a physical presence... Experiments on mice and flies has shown that by altering their DNA to produce more CREB (a molecule found in the brain).. their thought and memory functions are vastly improved.... Our understanding of the brain, though rapidly increasing, is still limited..
Kind regards!! ..

That is a super complex question that has a source deep in the molecular structure of our human bodies. My anatomy teacher told me that some memory may be contained not just in our brains, but in our DNA. But sorry, you'd have to hire a rocket scientist to answer this. :)

In Chinese thought they are called the three treasures. Shen is one of them.
"Shen is known as the "psyche", "mind" or "spirit". Shen is said to be the driving energy behind activities that take place in the mental, spiritual or creative planes."

our brains is big,and well developed, and we think and this make the difference between us and the animals
our nervous system has connections =synapses in all the body and transmit the information from our eyes ,nose, tong, skin ,ears ,to the brain and this is the central computer which analyze the information and gives us and the body the orders to react

That is a very good question, and not one that can be answered today I think. How it is that matter can generate a mental state is a deep mystery. (And for those that believe in spirit, how it is that spirit and matter can interact is just as deep a mystery.)
