he is my best friend but i love him...well, i think so..and he is being weird and fighting with me...and hes taking it toooo personally...

Ive had this situation so many times. I liked my best friend for over a year. I think you just have to go with the flow - if you do like each other 'in that way' and spend a lot of time together somethings bound to happen - that is if its meant to be. If not, you just have to move on like i did, and try not to find yourself in the same situation again (which i also have done!)
