LITTLE WhITE DOTS ON FINGERS?!?!?!?!?!?

omg i have these weird tiny little white/flesh coulored dots growing on my fingers (mostly index) and its really freakin me out!!! i popped one and now its all red and bigger! I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND NOTHING!!!!!! PLZZZ HELP!!!!!!!

Sounds like white-out! A Serioud medical condition caused by playing with ...with...with WhiteOut. Go wash up.
