It sounds like it's from sweating. If they are oily when popped, it is most likely from sweating. Try to keep that area dryer and cleanse that area both morning and evening. Maybe try using something as simple as the "Neutrogina" acne wash. It's relatively inexpensive. Unfortunately, the older we get, the more gravity takes hold and that area of our breasts will be warmer and more prone to moisture and oils, as the skin of the breast is laying on the skin of the body. Hope that helps!

Sounds like heat related. Start with a really good body wash in the shower, preferrably something with grapefruit extracts because that helps the skin with pimples and other bumps. Then, after you've dried off...baby powder. Don't use lotion because it will clog your pores and create more of the spots.

You can go to Wal-Mart and look in the acne section. Like where Clearasil is. There is a body wash and a body scrub by Neutrogena just for body acne that cost only $4.oo and it works.

If you go the baby powder route you need scent free-nothing added kind. Any perfumes or dyes will only cause more problems. Go with the medicated powder suggestion.

you can try treating them with your regular pimple/acne cream (oxy, acne-mitzin, whatever) try to keep that area really clean, like as much as you clean your face clean. it may be from the humid and sweat. if it doesn't go away then see a dermatologist.

Is this all the time or just in hot weather? It might just be bad heat rash--try cornstarch (very absorbent) or talc.

Get cotton, breathable, non-padded bras. Chances are, your skin isn't getting enough air.
