Up until the 20th century, there weren't as many methods of telling what you thought about a president, or finding out what he's doing, and only in the past 20 years or so have we had cable. Since then, the presidents haven't, for the most part, been too terrible. The only military actions we've had since then have been short, and Iraq is dragging on forever (plus, I think it's because he's an idiot, but that's just me).

He is the least liked because he has destroyed any concept of trust that many Americans have in the executive branch. He has also made some terrible decisions for our country. His work as President should help establish new standards for operating and accountability for the white house, which should be good for America in the future (although he shouldn't really get credit for that).

The Washington Post
Compare Bush's numbers, as of the most recent Gallup poll, to the previous six presidents who served second terms:
Clinton: 59 percent approval versus 35 percent disapproval
Reagan: 56 percent versus 37 percent disapproval
Nixon: 57 percent versus 34 percent
Johnson: 69 percent versus 21 percent
Eisenhower: 65 percent versus 20 percent
Truman: 57 percent versus 24 percent

I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it's primarily because of the prevalence of left-wing, liberal interests worldwide. It stuns me that there are actually people out there, here in the US and elsewhere in the world, who really, truly believe that we shouldn't have invaded Iraq or Afghanistan, that Bush somehow got the whole country into a war by lying for his own personal interests, and that Cheney and Halliburton are responsible for both the war and higher oil prices.
All these now-common misconceptions are direct results of liberal media bias, and non-thinking people not paying any attention to what does make sense and what doesn't. Somewhere along the line, we as a people lost that ability to discern for ourselves between reality and spoon-fed rubbish.

Gas prices have almost triples since he's been in office.
The world hates us now because of Iraq
Record deficiate
He appears to be a moron
He hires people based on if they are his friends and not if they are qualified or not
He lied to get us into war
And most important. ....Life was so much better under clinton compared to now.

Because he used 9/11 to start a war that has gone terribly.
And I love the patriots(or hatetriots) who justify being Bush's pawns during wartime3,excusing sexual torture at the hands of American troops, who have killed civilians.
That's why. It's my country too.

Are you THAT disillusioned girl?
You haven't been around long enough to RECOGNIZE a LEADER.
I'm a conservative, and I think the guy is a self-serving slave to corporate America, surrounded by Yes-men, and Yes -woman, and God help the person who disagrees with him...(CIA operative who was exposed, leaked BY the White House, who is now crying about another leak)
God help us!!

I think he definately has to be if you include the world's population. No other president has been SO hated around the world (all international polling evidence supports this).
