Its true that the only way to completely get rid of them is with surgery but i advise against this.Some people just use fake tan to cover them.

not really you can fade them but there stuck with u for life...you can try vitamin E or Palmer's coco butter that reduce scars and marks....maybe plastic surgery...good luck.

I suggest Palmer's cocoa butter. It won't make them disappear but it does make them fade a little, or you can have laser surgery to remove them.
