downloading an already Installed Microsoft Office and running it to a new computer is not possible because you will encounter errors/bugs for the following reasons: Microsoft Office is using some files of Windows OS, Microsoft Office has some registry files that you need to encode to your new computer's OS registry if you download it, and some path of Microsoft Office are located in different path, so you may have difficulties to locate them...
Just buy in some computer software department store, or just buy online...
I have Microsoft Office (Version 95, 97, 2000, XP, 2003)...get one? my e-mail: arnobie_ici@yahoo.com

The answer to this question could get very long and involved. Don't you have any friends that know computers at all? It wouldn't take a lot of computer knowledge to move your files over.
But, no, you can't just move an entire program like Microsoft Office. You'd have to re-install it from a disk. I wouldn't know where to buy it though.

There is a feature in windows XP called files and settings trasfer wizard. You need a cable that can connect two identical ports on your old and new computer, or a CD burner on your old computer.

best way i found is to buy a external hard drive enclosure and take the old hard drive out of the old computer and put it in there, then you connect it up to the new one and transfer it like that through usb or firewire

Do you mean transfering it? No, you can't unless you have the orginial cd that has the program to install it to your new lap top. if you don't have that cd you can get one on newegg.com
